Description
Through the work of artists Marianne Flotron and Pilvi Takala, the exhibition held at ar/ge kunst and curated by Luigi Fassi explored the transformations that have happened in the world of work on a global scale, in general, and the strategies corporations use to create dependency and emotional identification among employees, in particular. This zine features a text by the curator and numerous video stills, and examines works by both artists in which they infiltrate the offices of multinational corporations, deconstructing the logic of corporate productiveness or revealing the hierarchical mechanisms behind situations of apparent wellbeing and “freedom.”
